Functions:

• Tutoring in academic areas: math, science, read, writing, language

• SAT & ACT test prep

• Executive function coaching

• Communication coaching

• Accountability tracking

• Oversee management of student portals

• Thorough Documentation

• Conduct parent calls and progress meetings

• Maintain communication with head coaching team

Characteristics and requirements

• You are located within 20 miles of Boulder, CO

• You’ve earned a Bachelor’s Degree

• You are certified in or have an excellent understanding of Special Education

• You have a background in Behavioral Psychology or Life Coaching (major bonus points!)

• You possess a foundational knowledge of math through a high school algebra level

• You are familiar with reading techniques such as the Linda Mood Bell and Orton Gillingham (major bonus points!)

• You have a flexible afternoon schedule

• You are comfortable working with students both in-person as well as remotely

• You value being part of a team

• You are a wonderful human with a sparkling personality and great disposition

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 – $50.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

• Boulder, CO: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• Tutoring: 3 years (Preferred)
