Role Summary

The Departure Assist Agent is responsible for connecting with our guests and keeping our flights running smoothly. As a member of the Stations team, this seasonal role delivers support to our operation during the summer months and other busy travel seasons.

Key Duties

• Focus on providing quality frontline customer service that includes meeting, greeting and assisting our guests.
• Follow established procedures to clean and sanitize the interior of the aircrafts.
• Perform baggage and cargo handling duties.
• Handle aircraft marshaling.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job-Specific Experience, Education & Skills

Required

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to tactfully communicate with others.
• Ability to communicate using a two-way handheld radio required.
• Ability to consistently lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, reach and grasp.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a variety of schedules to include nights, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum age of 18
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate in English

Preferred

• Previous customer service experience

USD $18.50/Hr.
