Job Title – HR Assistant III

You will play a critical role in being responsible for timely opening absence claims and accommodation requests from our HR shareholders. It will be necessary to manually reassign LOA cases, STD Claims, and Accommodations to appropriate Case Managers, Accommodation Consultants, and Triage Specialists. It will be necessary to review cases on various auditing reports for corrections and case closures.

• Responsible for moving case ownership from one member of the leave team to another. Work from a list of tasks. Need to be detail oriented.
• Case review (not case manager), high volume, and repetitive work.
• Flexible hours (still 40 hour work week).
• Some special projects may arise but is still case reassignment focused.

Required Skills:

• Computer skills (Windows based)
• 1+ years of previous customer service experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
