Job Responsibilities : IT Support Associate

Salary : $15 per hour

Location : New York, NY US

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Provide in-person phone and email support to end-users promptly and professionally
Ensure all requests for services and incidents are logged/updated addressed/resolved and escalated as necessary
Identify research and resolve technical problems
Assist Independent Advisors with system password resets software updates and installation
Point person to manage new agent onboarding
Maintain software and logins inventory for Independent Advisors
Create client profiles using Sabre profiles Sureware and Clientbase
Testing new technology
Liaison between US and UK Independent Advisors and other departments to sure processes and procedures are followed
Work and assist on projects as necessary by management
Qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills verbal and communication skills and organizational skills
Strong team player self-motivated driven and flexible
Adaptable and flexible in stressful situations
Must be dependable and punctual
Ability to document processes and procedures
Ability to work collaboratively with employees within other IT groups to resolve system and application issues
Must have help desk experience in a technical environment; travel agency background preferred
Proficient in supporting Windows PC operating systems and Office Suite applications.
Knowledge of Sabre GDS A+
