Required Skills
- Presentable, confident, and client-focused. Client facing experience or ability to conduct discussions with Clients in a confident manner
- Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure in a team environment
- Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds
- Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. The candidate will be able to manage their own time and know when to escalate
- Previous experience within a client service team with a particular focus on Foreign Exchange
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Detail orientation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and multi-task
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability and willingness to continuously learn on the job
- Ability to problem-solve and take ownership of process improvements
- Ability to work in a team environment

Desired Skills
- Expert Excel knowledge
- Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar major preferred and basic understanding of and/or experience in the financial service industry.
