Job Responsibilities : Business Development Specialist

As a Business Development Coordinator, you will:
- Provide administrative support for capture
- Coordinate meetings, including managing calendars, providing technical support, taking notes, and recording action items
- Organize files and information for projects
- Set up virtual white boards for brainstorming
- Prepare reports, presentations, and graphics
- Respond promptly to internal requests for information
- Conduct market and competitor research; synthesize results for quick uptake by busy staff
- Complete other administrative/data related tasks as assigned
As a Business Development Coordinator, you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years of prior experience in a consulting environment:
- Ability to use MS Teams, SharePoint, and Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience conducting qualitative research
Preferred Skills:
- Strong critical thinking and analytical thinking skills
- Strong time management skills; ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment balancing competing deadlines and requests
- Exceptional level of attention to detail
- Experience with the business development process
- Experience consulting with Federal or state/local government and familiarity with government contracting
