Job Summary
The Payment Solutions Associate receives inbound and makes outbound calls to negotiate settlements or secure payment arrangements with customers who are past due on their credit card accounts, with the purpose of bringing their accounts current.

Essential Job Functions
Negotiation – Make outbound or receive customer calls to negotiate settlements or secure payment arrangements.
Customer Experience – Provide quality customer service to secure payment arrangements for customers who are past due on their credit card accounts. Display exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation and active-listening skills, as well as the ability to easily establish rapport and credibility with a variety of customers.
Documentation and Technology – Manually dials, skip traces or utilizes automated dialer to communicate with customers and make payment arrangements to meet or exceed established goals to include balances saved, pay-by-phones collected and call quality. Uses computer to enter payment arrangements into care systems.
Minimum Qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED or equivalent education
If the roles is listed as “Bilingual”, must be able to pass a bilingual assessment (English/Spanish) .
Training for this position is 3 weeks from 11/1/2021 until 11/19/2021. Candidates must be available to attend all training to be considered for this position.
Preferred Qualifications :
Previous collections, call center, or sales experience is preferred.
