OnePoint Human Capital Management is a Software as a Service (SaaS) provider committed to delivering customers an Enterprise level HCM application backed by excellent customer service.

We are looking for a detail-oriented teammate with a positive attitude to be accountable for providing an exemplary level of service to OnePoint HCM customers. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to payroll, time and attendance, and HRIS application service and support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides excellent customer service to all OnePoint HCM customers.
  • Maintains a base of Payroll/TLM/HR clients relevant to size and complexity on all products.
  • Researches and resolves client/application issues.
  • Maintains a high rate of client retention through quality service.
  • Keeps abreast of application updates and changes as they relate to payroll, payroll tax laws, time and labor management, and human resources.
  • Corresponds with federal, state, and local tax agencies on behalf of customers.
  • Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with customers, agencies, and teammates to promote a high-quality service image.
  • Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
  • A high school degree or equivalent is required.
  • Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or three or more years of office-related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 1-year experience with payroll, payroll taxation, and payroll laws required.
  • Excellent customer service, and problem resolution.
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • The proven facility in MS Office, data entry, and office equipment (i.e. telephone, headset, 10-key or calculator, PC, FAX machine, photocopier)
