Job Description Core Responsibilities
Partners with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer / partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
Identifies highly talented candidates and sells non-interested candidates on a career at Comcast.
Utilizes all tools available for sourcing, including, but not limited to, Social Networking, Job Boards, Search Engines and Niche sites. Proactively seeks out new tools and proposes them for use at Comcast.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management. Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates and demonstrates the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company. Implements new processes and refines standard processes to deliver the highest quality results.
