Position Description:
The Customer Service Coordinator  is responsible to organize all administrative work around the CTS US service hub which includes intensive and professional internal and external communication, tracking, periodization, and work preparation for the service team, tracking key performance indicators to ensure continuous improvement in our day-to-day work

Responsibilities:
– Organize the workday for the service technician’s through clear work prioritizing of work tasks based on case aging, escalation level, and standard work procedures

– Spend the workday on the service floor around the service technicians, offer to help hand in all administrative and coordination efforts

– Ensure spare part supply via ERP system with the factories, being accountable for the ordering process, tracking status, availability Forecast and impact on the day-to-day- work schedule

– Quoting services to customers and aligned follow up with sales teams, tracking the status and structured pursue of the service opportunity

– Manage end-to-end service order processing, from order entry to invoicing followed up  over a structured dunning process

– Structured customer information about service status and if needed work through the escalation policy

– Manage the RMA process to ensure customers sends in equipment on time

– Track key performance indicators in a daily cadence and work on visualization for review
– Spare part Inventory management
– Resolve problems by applying established policies, procedures, and tactics

Knowledge:
– You know procedures, guidelines, processes, and practices related to financial administration (e.g. invoice payment, budgeting and forecasting, supply and inventory maintenance) and general office administration including electronic filing systems and records management.
– You have analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skill
– You have extensive planning, organizing, and coordinating skills to handle multiple projects as well as perform regular duties.
– You can work in a team environment.
– You have computer skills and proficiency in office software such as word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
