Job Responsibilities : Remote Call Center Representative

Work from home in one of our growing virtual call-center teams within Commercial-Sales or Fundraising! Now hiring in 28 states across the US.
· The Commercial/Sales Center division works with clients, such as Comcast, SiriusXM Radio, and many other consumer service clients. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls for current customers to offer additional services, take product orders, and assist with customer service inquiries.
In our Fundraising Center, you will have the opportunity to truly make a difference. You’ll handle both inbound and outbound calls to help raise funds and provide customer care for nonprofit, conservative, and Christian organizations, including St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, World Wildlife, March of Dimes and Joel Osteen Ministries. You may also handle calls on behalf of the National Rifle Association, renewing memberships and signing up new members to protect the 2nd Amendment.

Requirements for our work at home program: (equipment is not provided)
· PC/Laptop with Windows 8 or 10, 4GB of RAM, Intel Core i3 or higher processor
· Chromebooks with a USB port and Ethernet Connection
· Macs, Macbooks with macOS Mojave (version 10.14) or later
· iPads, tablets, and smart phones are not acceptable
· High-Speed 25mbps Download and 5mbps Upload speed (test your Internet speed at speedtest.net)
· If others in home are using internet, minimums will need to be higher
· Wired connection to router is preferred and WiFi can only be used if speed meet requirements
· External mouse – required for Laptops
· Wired USB Headset – (Wireless analog headsets are not acceptable)
· A willingness to learn and a home office or quiet workspace
· Customer Service/Sales skills helpful, but not necessary!
