Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Assists customers with new and existing claims
  • Involvement with roadside assistance and glass programs
  • Training will be provided

Schedule and Salary

The 37.5 hour work week would be one of the following options:

  • Week 1 – Monday-Friday 6:00am-1:30pm, Week 2 – will include Saturday hours 1:30-9pm with a day off during the week (TBD). 5% shift differential would apply.
  • Week 1 – Monday-Friday 2:30-10pm, Week 2 – will including Saturday hours 1:30-9pm with a day off during the week (TBD). 10% shift differential would apply.

A starting gross annual salary of $34.706 ($17.80 hourly) and an additional 5 – 10% shift differential depending on the shift.

Now offering a $2,500 Signing Bonus for new candidates! To qualify for the Signing Bonus, applicants must have started their position on or after 6/1/2021 or have accepted a position no later than 12/31/2021. The Signing Bonus will be structured in two, gross, equal lump sum payments. The first payment of $1,250 will be issued on the last pay date of the month following the employee’s successful completion of the orientation period (generally the 1st of the month following three complete months of employment). The second payment of $1,250 will be issued on the last pay date of the month following the employee’s six-month anniversary from the date of hire. Signing Bonus payments are subject to Federal, State, and Local taxes where applicable. Amica reserves the right to withhold Signing Bonus payments due to potential job performance and/or dependability concerns.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent education required
  • Required to obtain state insurance licenses as needed and meet continuing education requirements
  • Regular evening, weekend and holiday coverage as dictated by business needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Outlook
