Job description
We are looking for a self-motivated, customer focused person to join our Team. Key responsibilities will be making outbound phone calls to customers to assist them in progressing their enrolment using a variety of systems. Must have demonstrated experience in a high volume customer service industry, both phone and email based
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (Fluent English verbal and written)
- Confident multi-tasker and have a committed approach to customer satisfaction
- Previous experience working within a contact center essential and an ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain call records and databases in ensure information is up to date
The following are advantageous but not essential:
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Demonstrated ability to plan and priorities tasks
- Demonstrated ability to work across a range of computer systems/program
- Evidence of having received feedback about their performance and be able to articulate -how they have improved/developed as a result
- Previous work experience in high volume contact center
