Job Responsibilities : Learning Consultant

As part of the Sales Learning and Performance team, the Sales Enablement Facilitator will help drive our high-performance culture through training, coaching, and cross-functional communication. You will be responsible for preparing for and conducting both in-person and virtual training sessions. You will train both new and existing sellers and account managers on consultative selling, product knowledge, negotiation skills, sales processes, CRM hygiene as well as other skills, competencies, and tools relative to successful job performance. You will be accountable for helping to onboard, train, and empower our commercial business sales organization. The role includes the delivery of sales training programs, sales kickoff events, ongoing sales development, and other special projects.

In addition to classroom facilitation, the Sales Enablement Trainer may listen and analyze recorded sales pitches, assist in role-playing scenarios, manager coaching guides, and conduct skills assessments. You will be asked to formally document and present findings to relevant departments consistently. In addition, you will solicit feedback from the sales teams and will look for and execute opportunities to enhance our Sales Learning and Performance programs.

Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience either in sales, account management, enablement, adult education, or training.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare business acumen; medical and pharmacy financial positioning, pricing levers, drivers of cost performance, network discounts, etc.
  • Experience in delivery of process improvements or change management initiatives
  • Ability to interact across all levels of the organization
  • Prior experience with Learning Management Systems used for tracking participation and program evaluation
  • Preferred experience in Salesforce, WebCCI, Utilization Reporting, Implementation)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and/or facilitation skills. (both in-person and virtual)
  • Excellent working knowledge and experience of the sales process and best practices
  • Able to relate well with commercial business sales and account management audience


BA/BS preferred or equivalent years of experience
