Job Responsibilities : Financial Consultant – WORK FROM HOME

Primary Responsibilities include:

Assist with planning and execution of the prescriber compensation process, which involves overseeing the sequence of events necessary to successfully execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales incentive compensation sales processing
Assist with identifying plan changes that impact the incentive compensation model and create business requirements and participate in User Testing

This role is highly involved in working with data and therefore you must prioritize effectively, to ensure all tasks are completed timely and accurately, and maintain a strong attention to detail, analytical & technical skills. The goal of this role is to help Senior Finance and Sales Leaders make better, more informed decisions by providing accurate, timely and insightful analysis through reporting and presentation.

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience with relational databases in an academic or professional environment
2+ years of experience data analysis and reporting experience in MS Excel in an academic or professional environment

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of SQL. Demonstrated ability to maintain, update and troubleshoot queries
Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience experience
Experience designing and administering sales incentive compensation plans
PowerPoint, Teams, WebEx, Tableau/PowerBI
Highly organized and process-oriented experience with the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
Proven presentation creation and facilitation skill set with a strong screen presence

Bachelor’s degree is required; OR equivalent experience
