Delta Air Lines Human Resources Service Delivery Team is seeking a Remote coordinator to support our Ask HR Employee Support team. This role will be a part of a team of Ask HR Employee Support representatives who are responsible for the case management of HR inquiries initiated by employees and retirees. This is a new tiered service delivery operating model and will continue to evolve with a mixture of people, process, and technology over the next 2-3 years.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications or related field preferred.
5+ years experience in Human Resources, customer service, operationsand/or service delivery center.
Experience with ServiceNow or similar system and case management utilizing a Tiered escalation model.
Where permitted by applicable law, must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire to be considered for U.S.-based job, if not currently employed by Delta Air Lines, Inc. What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
