Job Description :
The engine enabling Sales teams to deliver NOS, Sales fundamentals, and category growth. Delivers winning building blocks for a market/channel, including strong plans for base and innovation. Develops category growth strategies and strong conceptual selling. Delivers Enhanced Business Planning process (EBP) and works with Selling teams for activation. Ensures strategies are consistent with company’s stewardship guidelines.
Key Roles and Responsibilies –
Lead design, execution of media and marketing plans for key eCommerce customers across categories ensuring sufficiency of inputs across traffic, conversion and basket metrics to deliver share growth and business results for P&G online
Own and execute e-user penetration growth, trials and premiumization plans for customer/category to grow the business profitably
Build a granular understanding of the e-Shopper Path to Purchase across different categories and platforms to make more effective and efficient investment choices at a granular level to improve Return on Ad Spends on a day to day basis across search, events, display advertising
Build commercial understanding of the eCommerce business to look at holistic choices on business including sales, marketing and supply chain fundamentals to drive customer/category growth plans. Build function agnostic skills in both marketing and commercial aspects to handle customers and categories.
Job Qualifications
Preferred – experience in handling eCommerce from either platform or company – sales or marketing/media
Preferred – Experience/understanding of marketing, digital media and performance marketing
Understanding of FMCG industry or related similar industries in the consumer goods space.
