Create deep partnerships with the Recruiting Team to understand Facebook’s dynamic hiring landscape
Forge meaningful connections with referred candidates over the phone
Advocate for referred candidates to Facebook’s hiring teams while meeting SLAs and keeping strong communication with referrers throughout the process
Get creative! Assist in the planning and execution of highly impactful ad-hoc projects
Join in on the education effort for internal employees on Recruiting Programs and best practices
Bring your thoughts and ideas to proactively suggest process improvements
Champion implementation of process changes/new ideas to this mighty, growing team
Get insights into leveraging impactful data to drive engagement and accountability across stakeholders while maintaining strong data integrity

REQUIRED

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience recruiting or program management experience
3+ years of experience in Recruiting or Program Management
1+ years of sourcing or talent assessment experience
Experience with influencing, communicating, and negotiating in a cross-functional environment both internally and externally
Experience with accomplishing daily tasks with minimal supervision and produce high quality work
