What You’ll Do

Provide excellent customer service by recognizing and responding appropriately to customer’s requests in an efficient and timely manner
Do the right thing mentality with focus on providing first contact resolution, utilizing a variety of resources
Deliver results through exceptional decision quality and Problem-solving skills, with an extraordinary focus on resolution for a positive customer experience
Act in the capacity of “Brand Expert” on policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to both internal and external customers
Courteous and responsive to internal/external request
Exchange and verify job related information to provide support

Who You Are
Lift, carry, push, pull, reach, grasp, bend and stack cartons for up to 12 hours at a time and ability to stand for long periods of time and walk continuously
Associates may be required to move up to 50 lbs. (range may vary based on work assignment)
Ability to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays
Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems
Ability to learn standard operating procedures acquired through on-the-job training, to include power industrial vehicle (PIV) where applicable
