T. Webber Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric is looking for a best in class Sales Representative/Comfort Advisor in the local market to join our Residential Replacement Division! This position works Monday through Friday with rotating Saturday’s as needed. Our Sales Representative/Comfort Advisor is provided with take-home vehicle, phone, Ipad, and uniform shirts. We will provide you with paid training, then you will be dispatched to customer’s homes to provide sales estimates based off leads scheduled from the office.


Pay Range: $17.00 – $20.00 + Commission


Expected First Year Earning Potential $60,000 +

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Outbound call customers to understanding their needs and identify sales opportunities
  • Follow-up on leads, open estimates, canceled jobs, and completed jobs for additional service opportunities
  • Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers
  • Answer customer questions and email additional information
  • Explain products and services to customers
  • Be the main point of contact/liaison between your clients and the TurnPoint brands
  • Meet and exceed individual daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
  • Keep up with product and service information and updates


Skills you’ll bring for success:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
  • 4-year degree a plus
  • Minimum 2+ years previous sales experience (Required)
  • Previous experience in the service industry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC or construction a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional customer service and phone skills
  • Strong listening and sales skills
  • Ability to achieve targets
  • Strong attention to detail with problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficient at typing & comfortable with computers
