Data Entry Technicial Support (India)
Brand Institute, Inc. (BI) is a pharmaceutical branding company headquartered in Miami and committed to offering its pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device clients brand name services unparalleled in the industry. BI recently expanded its Operations to India in Summer 2021 and is hiring for remote positions across all departments, including IT (Information Technology). We currently seek a Data Entry Technicial Support person to provide high quality desktop support services to approximately one hundred and fifty end users located in our offices around the world. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills are essential, as the technician must provide patient support to users both in-person and over the telephone. This position is being added to augment our existing staff in Miami.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues with desktop and laptop systems
- Maintaining and troubleshooting office equipment
- Maintain accurate asset and inventory of all hardware and software
- Application support for both commercial and custom-developed products
- Basic network troubleshooting
- Communicating with vendors to assist with advanced troubleshooting
Requirements:
- Associates degree in computer science or a related field
- CompTIA A+ required (Network+ or additional certifications preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to perform job responsibilities in a flexible manner, varying with the needs of the business
- Experience with the latest Microsoft Office, and Windows Operating Systems.
