The IT Helpdesk Student Assistant is primarily responsible for answering phones, responding to student issues via phone or Track-It trouble tickets. Guide students through LakeHawk Mail, Canvas, starfish, LOIS, and Office 365 installs.
This is a remote-work position and reports to the Helpdesk & PC Support Manager.

1. Answer phones
2. TrackIt tickets
3. Light office work
4. Hardware installs/repairs
5. Software installs
6. Other duties as assigned
Must be a current LSSC student.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
1. Computer literate
2. Microsoft Office
3. Clear and pleasant speaking voice
