Job Responsibilities : IT Helpdesk and Call Center Analyst – Remote

Salary : $40,000 – $47,000 a year

Responsibilities of the IT Call Center Analyst include:

  • Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 IT support
  • Manage and resolve Help Desk support tickets using ServiceNow Ticketing System
  • Reimage, configure, and deploy desktop applications
  • Perform basic setup of mobile devices
  • Distinguish between application issues and system/network issues


Qualifications for the IT Call Center Analyst include:

  • 3+ years of experience in Help Desk, IT Support, Desktop Support, or Call Center
  • Experience in ServiceNow Ticketing System
  • Experience in MS Windows 10, MS Teams, and Office 365
  • Must be a clearable US citizen eligible for a Security Clearance


Compensation for the IT Call Center Analyst include:

  • Salary Range: $40,000 – $47,000
