Job Responsibilities : IT Helpdesk and Call Center Analyst – Remote
Salary : $40,000 – $47,000 a year

Responsibilities of the IT Call Center Analyst include:
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 IT support
- Manage and resolve Help Desk support tickets using ServiceNow Ticketing System
- Reimage, configure, and deploy desktop applications
- Perform basic setup of mobile devices
- Distinguish between application issues and system/network issues
Qualifications for the IT Call Center Analyst include:
- 3+ years of experience in Help Desk, IT Support, Desktop Support, or Call Center
- Experience in ServiceNow Ticketing System
- Experience in MS Windows 10, MS Teams, and Office 365
- Must be a clearable US citizen eligible for a Security Clearance
Compensation for the IT Call Center Analyst include:
- Salary Range: $40,000 – $47,000
