Your attention to detail and enthusiasm will help get new customers up and running with their Spectrum services. You’ll utilize your range of knowledge to input orders, resolve order issues while maintaining open lines of positive communication with customers and offering additional products/services.

What’s required to get started?
Ability to work while seated for prolonged periods of time, taking back-to-back calls
Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward and professional manner
Knowledge of general accounting, billing, and office procedures
Knowledge of company policies and residential product information, packaging, pricing and current offers for all three lines of business (Cable, HIS, Telephone)

Education
High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications
Customer service/Telephone Sales experience
Cable or related telecommunications/broadband industry experience
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to solve problems while working under pressure
