Job Responsibilities : Customer Care Center Agent – Dispatch

Salary : 20 per HOUR

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage service technician workload via Salesforce SAP Microsoft Office applications etc.
  • Work with equipment service team to ensure service work orders are managed and completed according to company guidelines
  • Build and sustain efficient routes for work orders assigned to service technicians
  • Receive inbound calls from and make outbound calls to customers; identify customers’ needs or issues
  • Meet daily goals relative to dispatch cycle time and accuracy
  • Build positive work relationships with customers to enhance the image and public perception of Coke Northeast; maintain a courteous and friendly disposition when interacting with customers
  • Strong interpersonal skills and Team Player among cross-functional organizations

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma GED or equivalent
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure especially during peak hours or intense situations; must be decisive
  • Exceptional interpersonal customer service problem-solving verbal and written communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent planning and organization skills
  • Proficient computer application skills (Word Excel etc.)
