AR Follow-up – US Healthcare process.
Work from Home
5 Days Working (Night Shift)
Role : AR Follow-up (Claim/ Denial management)
Experience: 1-3 yrs (AR Follow-up & Denial Management)
Salary: Upto 3.5 LPA
Company Location-Gurgaon (Remote work)
Shift timing – 6pm to 3am (Night)

- To follow up on the pending claims from the Insurance companies based out of US.
- Review patient histories, operations, chart reviews, consultation and discharge summaries to support rebuttal for denials.
- Focus on collections.
- Should have probing skills to understand denial reasons as cited by Insurance companies and work closely for claim resolution resulting in collections
- Knowledge of Eligibility Re verification, Charge Entry and Payment Posting will be an added advantage.
Requisites:
Applications having knowledge of PMS systems like NextGen, Advanced MD and Eclinical Works preferred.
