Requirements

  • Senior Certificate (Matric/Grade 12)
  • Computer Literacy
  • Customer orientation
  • Minimum of 3 years Call Centre/dispatch

experience

  • Fluent in at least two of the official Languages

of the Western Cape, of which Afrikaans is

highly advantageous

Key Performance Areas

  • Receive Incoming Communications and Dispatch to The

Relevant Destination with Assistance and Consultation from

Senior Technical Control and Dispatch Agent

  • Receiving complaints, faults and queries via Telephone and

Fax

  • The Processing of Incoming Calls, For Complaints Regarding

Credit Meters and Energy Dispensers

  • Escalate unresolved cases to the Senior Technical Control &

Dispatch Agent on duty

  • Act as an interface between Vending Systems and

Consumers

  • Assisting customers with technical issues regarding

prepayment meters, including key changes and cases

where meters reject prepaid tokens

  • Performs general administrative functions in the TOC
  • Maintaining and updating Personal Operations manuals.
