Requirements
- Senior Certificate (Matric/Grade 12)
- Computer Literacy
- Customer orientation
- Minimum of 3 years Call Centre/dispatch
experience
- Fluent in at least two of the official Languages
of the Western Cape, of which Afrikaans is
highly advantageous
Key Performance Areas
- Receive Incoming Communications and Dispatch to The
Relevant Destination with Assistance and Consultation from
Senior Technical Control and Dispatch Agent
- Receiving complaints, faults and queries via Telephone and
Fax
- The Processing of Incoming Calls, For Complaints Regarding
Credit Meters and Energy Dispensers
- Escalate unresolved cases to the Senior Technical Control &
Dispatch Agent on duty
- Act as an interface between Vending Systems and
Consumers
- Assisting customers with technical issues regarding
prepayment meters, including key changes and cases
where meters reject prepaid tokens
- Performs general administrative functions in the TOC
- Maintaining and updating Personal Operations manuals.
