Job Description :
- Handling queries/complaints of customers and Coaches through inbound chat.
- Handle Technical Issues related to BOD
- Ensure First Contact Resolution (FCR) while handling a customer’s issue
- Ensure to provide the highest rate of customer satisfaction on each chat handled.
- Achieve CSAT of 9 on a scale of 0-10.
- Maintain Chat AHT of 710 sec
