Follows established written procedures and guidelines, provides standard reporting and analytical support. Uses established techniques, analyzes and resolves a wide variety of moderately complex operations problems and initiatives including transactions that require special handling and/or exception handling. Employees in this role typically have a college degree (Associates or higher) or comparable work experience.
Responsibilities include day-to-day analysis, research and resolution of varied problems. Functions include administering defined procedures, analysis and report generation, and exception processing. Coordinates the implementation of products/services and operational solutions. May assist in designing, documenting, implementing, and monitoring of new products/services. Provides guidance to associates within own unit regarding procedural, technical and/or operational changes. Incumbents have full working knowledge of operations environment acquired through experience in an operations environment and on the job training. Individuals typically have 3 years of experience. This is a customer service phone role.

- Previous experience within a client service team with particular focus on Foreign Exchange
- Basic Excel knowledge

Desired Skills
- Expert Excel knowledge
- Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar major preferred and basic understanding of and/or experience in Financial service industry.
