Primary Job Responsibilities

This position reports to the Supervisor Catalog Administration. The Ariba Catalog Administration Analyst is responsible for identifying opportunities and executing the catalog implementation strategy as set forth by the Supervisor Catalog Administration and the Sourcing team.

Guide Sourcing Category Managers through requirements gathering and defining strategies to recommend best case catalog usage i.e. Punchout supplier maintained CIF buyer maintained CIF

Work closely with Supplier Enablement Lead to ensure the correct level of Ariba Network connection for catalog type being enabled.

Drive the creation and implementation of catalogs which includes collecting catalog information reviewing and approving the catalog content and loading information into the system

Responsible for administration & maintenance of catalogs for all categories and applicable suppliers

Work closely with Ariba IT team for technical setup element of punchout-related catalogs

Guide suppliers in the catalog enablement process where required

Be the subject matter expert for catalog transactional processing

Ensure prioritization and deliverables are timely throughout the engagement process

Develop and manage KPIs as well as report on progress to attaining supplier enablement goals

Ability to analyze data draw conclusions and communicate solutions to the team

Responsible for oversight of Help Desk queue to support any catalog-related inquiries and escalations

Work closely with the training team to incorporate the usage of catalogs and the M&A team on identifying opportunities during the integration process.

Identify process improvements as they relate to Ariba catalogs and work with the Process Improvement/Ariba IT team for implementation where necessary.

Required Qualifications

Proficiency with SAP ECC and Ariba P2P Modules a plus

Ability to work independently and as part of an international virtual team.

Sound judgment and the ability to make decisions related to corporate policies.

Strong interpersonal customer service and communication skills.

Good organization and multi-tasking skills to balance and prioritize work.

Effective verbal listening and written communication skills

Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills

Flexible and able to adapt to shifting priorities and responsibilities in a dynamic and changing environment.

Experience:

Bachelor’s degree is preferred

Prior experience with the Ariba toolset preferred

Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant Procure to Pay experience
