We’re looking for a customer support representative to join our customer service team. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills, loads of empathy towards customers. They will be genuinely excited to help customers. They will be patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.
The person in the role will –
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone calls, email or chat
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
- Proactively attend to the queries, complaints, requests of the candidates/clients through multiple channels
- Keep the customer informed about the status of the problem and the expected timeline
- Tackle problems in a creative and logical ways and identify solutions
- Proactively monitor the frequent issues, identify the root cause
- Proven experience in handling high volume email communication is a must
- Handle the outgoing communication like insufficiency and other regular customer emails.
- Have experience in both voice and non-voice processes (email, SMS, chat)
- Have the ability to assess, analyze, resolve complicated communication
- Expert in MS Office
- Have the ability to think quickly and react
- Need not have any BGV background but should be able to pick things up.
- Should be tech savvy.
- Should be able to self organize and work with minimum supervision
