Job Responsibilities : Project Leader II

Essential Job Functions (includes but is not limited to):
- Serve as Project Manager to support Delivery and Services business initiatives
- Oversee, manage Mobile Application expansion
- Daily management and oversight of Federal and State Deployment Specialists
- Special emphasis on schedule building and network site preparation work during large scale deployment pre-launch for both Federal and State contracts
- Review and submission of all Site Survey’s and Site Readiness for all programs. In addition, will provide approvals to ensure EC Standards are met (PII, ADA, hardware, footprint compliance)
- Sharepoint Site Administrator responsible for maintaining deployment schedules, ticketing portal requests and Site Readiness data
- Responsible for oversite of collecting/cataloging the specific information for each EC to include square footage, storage, staffing, equipment and card inventory, and other pertinent details for PMO approval
- Candidate will build and maintain working relationships with team members, vendors, and internal customers to meet project deliverables
- Provide status reports to internal customers regarding project progression, status and risks
- Schedule coordination and stakeholder communications
- Serves as the primary escalation point for deployment related activities
- Data analysis for new and existing Delivery and Services projects
Required Skills:
- Proven ability to build and maintain working relationships with team members, colleagues, and other project stakeholders
- Experience overseeing all aspects of project schedule including setting deadlines, communicating responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of projects
- MS Office required, MS Outlook required; SharePoint, Visio, and computer aided design software (CAD) knowledge is desirable
- General technical knowledge as related to proprietary software.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in marketing or branding preferred
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, or related work experience required
- 4+ years experience working as a project team lead
- Experience overseeing all aspects of projects including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring and summarizing status of projects
- Experience preparing reports for upper management regarding status of projects
