Job Responsibilities : IT Service Desk Support I
Salary : $23 per hour

This role is 1st level support for end users in a fully remote office setting. Responsible for installing, testing, monitoring, upgrading, maintaining, and troubleshooting a variety of computer hardware & software systems. Responsible for account creation and maintenance. Assists staff by investigating issues related to hardware, software and network connectivity. R

- Ability to work both in a team environment and independently as needed, handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to interact with employees of all levels, including managers and executives.
- Available to work after hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Proficiency in SAAS products, Helpdesk software, Okta, Ringcentral, Google Workspace, etc.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
