Job Summary

This position plays a key role in our future success supporting the growth of the Corporate Foodservice and the Conference Centers & Hotels Divisions. In this role, you will contribute to the department’s growth through the development, writing, production and support of sales proposals, presentations and marketing materials.

Responsibilities:

• Read and summarize opportunities relating to RFPs (Request for Proposal)
• Create content for proposals utilizing existing collateral and creating new content
• Liaising with sales department and Compass Creative Services team on proposal development
• Create presentations for prospective clients and participate in preparation sessions
• Conduct online research to determine and uncover new business opportunities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing or Hospitality preferred
• Prior experience in a marketing, communications, journalism, or closely related field
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills, including experience working cooperatively with diverse teams (corporate departments, district/regional, project staff).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to schedule and manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines, both independently and as part of a team.
