THE OPPORTUNITY:

Hint, one of the fastest-growing beverage companies in the market, is looking for a highly detail-oriented and self-starting individual to join our team as a part-time (4-6 Hours/day or 20-24 Hours/week) Sales Fulfillment Coordinator to support our growing company.

WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE:

• Fulfill product samples and dealer loader requests
• Create inbound and outbound orders for sales warehouses
• Coordinate with the operational brokers and external stakeholders on day-to-day pickups and deliveries
• Manage end-to-end shipment tracking for all orders and track inventory.
• Support the Sales Marketing team with ad hoc projects as needed

WHO YOU’ll WORK WITH:

• Sales & Marketing teams: Fulfill all sales and marketing requests including product samples, sales tools, and marketing equipment
• Sales Marketing Associate: Work with Sales Marketing Associate on incoming orders and fulfillment process
• Tradeshow Manager: Support trade show needs once we are back to in-person
• External Stakeholders: Vendors, Logistic Services Providers, Carriers

WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Able to work fully remote
• A Bachelors Degree in Marketing Preferred, but work experience will also be considered
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred
• Proficient in Excel, Word, & PPT
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Self-starter but able to take direction, ability to work both independently and as a team player
• Attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
