Job Responsibilities : Office Professional/Testing Proctor

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE , BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING :
Proctoring ACCUPLACER testing sessions, both face-to-face (following COVID sanitation protocols) and remotely (using Zoom video-conferencing program);
Receiving and administering certain specialized Business & Industry Exams (both in-person and remotely), according to each respective organization’s policies and procedures;
Monitoring student activities during testing to ensure academic integrity standards are met;
Scheduling and communicating with students about their testing appointments, preparation materials, and score result access;
Entering test and/or student or client information into appropriate databases, systems, or spreadsheets;
Receiving and releasing academic tests from and to faculty and/or staff (whether make-up exams, accommodative testing, out-of-class, or professional certification test(s);
Administering academic tests to students according to NCTA guidelines and (continuously updated) departmental policies and procedures;
Scoring Scantron forms for academic exams upon request;
Printing out academic reports for faculty upon request;
NOTE : Proctors must have reliable transportation and be willing/able to travel to the main campus and any of the Delta College Downtown Learning Centers (Saginaw, Midland, or Bay City) as well as area high schools.
High school diploma or GED , along with specific certification, training, apprenticeship, or experience in office support.
1 year (minimum) of position-related experience in office support.
