As a B2B Service Consultant you will help our business customers on their post-order issues by coming up with creative solutions and problem solving via phone and email. This is the position that answers the phone when you call about an issue with a Wayfair order.
Issues include anything after a purchase is completed – for example: damages, returns, assembly services and shipping notifications. This position requires you to multitask between at least 4 different
applications (for example: email, service wizard, shipping, Wayfair site and chat). While working, you will sit or stand at a desk, with two monitors wearing a headset and using a mouse, phone and pin pad. Your day is very structured, your breaks and lunches are scheduled for you and may vary by day. Your performance bonuses are also aligned with your ability to adhere to your scheduled shift and breaks. There is little down time in this position as you are typically on back to back calls during your shift.
