· The Test has to be taken in a laptop/ Desktop / Mobile with a good pair of earphones and a webcam is a must.
. Strictly use only “GOOGLE CHROME BROWSER”
· Make sure that the Laptop / Mobile is fully Charged and Ensure your Network (Broadband/Wifi/Mobile Data) is working perfectly Fine.
· Kindly make sure that your environment is quite, so that it wouldn’t affect your Scores and your Audio Clarity.
. You need to speak about any given topic for 1 minute and upload the video anything less than that would end up in less scoring.
· Kindly do not compromise on your Communication, especially on your Pronunciation and clarity of speech as it is one of the key metrics.
· Make sure that the Rate of speech is neither High nor slow with a good flow of speech.
· The test has to be finished in one shot please see to that no technical or any other challenges stands as an hindrance to complete the test in one go.
· Advise you not take this test Casually as this test will determine your entire selection process.
· Kindly do not fake your accent, let your accent be neutral.

Working Days : 5 Days a week
Shift timings : Totally Rotational Night shifts
Week offs : Any 2 days

Roles and Responsibilities
· Passionately provide on call technical support to the company’s customers and business partners.
· You will strive to understand perfectly what the client needs, gather all relevant information from them and resolve the issue.
· Resolve clients’ complaints by performing activities such as removal of virus, fixing internet and firewall issues.
· Be committed for our customers and share our dedication in striving to deliver world class technical & customer support and first call resolution.
· Provide follow-up customer contact to ensure satisfactory resolution of incidents.
· Co-operate with other members of the technical support team, sales team and other departments.
· Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications.
· Accurately process and record call transactions using a computer and designated tracking software.
· Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers and clients business.
· Organize ideas and communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations.
· Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary.
· Stay current with system information, changes and updates.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Fresher’s with good command over the English language (Written and verbal communication)can apply.
· However, 2021 Graduates may also apply for this role If S/he have finished their final Semesters.
Desired Technical Skills & Knowledge
· Strong knowledge of hardware, software, Networking Concepts of Laptop desktop and printers.
· Navigation inside an operating system, installation and uninstallation of drivers, software and system configuration.
· Knowledge on home networking devices like Router, Modem, internet connection, LAN and WAN

CTC: 2,30,000 to 3,50,000 Per Anum
